Yunnan Tin Skakbord

Yunnan Tin Shaking-bord är förbättrat på det sovjetiska CC-2 Shaking-bordet av Kinas maskintillverkare av Yunnan Tin-industrin, så vi kallar det Yunnan Tin Shaking-bord, det använder kamspakshuvudrörelse eller använder förenklad kamvipphuvudrörelse.

The frame of the shaker is relatively simple, and the bed surface is supported by sliding.  The shape and size of the cloud tin bed surface are basically the same as the 6-S shaker surface, but the difference is that the bed has several slopes in the longitudinal continuous.  Bed surface uses raw lacquer, lacquer ash (the mixture of raw lacquer and forged gesso), glass steel or polyurethane make wear-resisting layer, have coarse sand bed, fine sand bed and slime bed 3 kinds.  Generally, coarse sand bed surface is covered with trapezoidal ridged strips, fine sand bed surface is covered with serrated ridged strips, and slime bed surface is triangular groove.  

The advantages of cloud tin shaker are: bed surface smooth, good abrasion resistance, durable, not easy to deformation, easy to local repair;  The asymmetry of the head of bed movement is large, and there is a wide differential adjustment range to adapt to different feeding size and sorting requirements;  The head of the bed is reliable, easy to wear parts, and no oil leakage.  The disadvantage is that the spring is installed under the bed surface, and it is not convenient to repair and adjust the stroke (the spring needs to be relaxed when the stroke is adjusted);  The adjustable range of the transverse slope of the bed surface is small (0 degree 5 degree );  When the transverse slope and stroke adjustment is too large, the bed surface vibration will be caused by excessive separation of the axis of the headstock pull rod and the axis of the bed surface center of gravity.
